Is it though? Metal boards with Japanese on them, could this not instead be our very own world after some Apocalyptic event had changed life as we knew it forever? Whatever has happened in this world it has already put my attention into a choke hold.

Huh. I was under the impression the giant spire trees created the Canopy. In which (this is purely speculation), reversed global warming into the worst ice age the world has ever seen.

And I think if those giant spire trees die, the canopy goes with it. No idea though if that's a good thing. It could be this Earth needs the canopy to survive.

Or maybe it needs it to go away, melt back into the gases that made up the original atmosphere, to help restore expansive flora and fauna to the planet. So far I've only seen some insects and stuff similar to reptilians, themselves related to dinos...lots of spores too, the floater looks like an aerial jellyfish, and the trees, and then the humans. We'll have to see what the Snow Sea holds aside from all these, but it's an extremely limited visible biosphere for now.

The story looks interesting the 3d cgi it's good I still think trigun stampede cgi is so not good

Love winter and winter anime. Summer is so hot and humid anymore I get headaches and pass out and my skin feels like it's on fire after sweating. Winter tends to have better art and better themes in story telling too. As for real you can always put on more layers for the cold but you can't remove enough for the heat. Winter feels like a breath of fresh air and clean and quiet while summer feels stuffy and hard to breath. Hence I really like winter especially on clear nights and especially away from the city. On the contrary though we'll likely be losing winter eventually once Greenland and Antartica have melted.

I just love the snow it's so chill and the opening and ending song of this anime is not that bad

I have to agree with pretty much most everything you stated here, I strongly prefer winter as well and yep, you can always add layers, but you can only strip so far, plus let's not forget the constantly sticky skin that makes everything even more unpleasant, even sitting or laying down......uuuhhhgg laying down when one sleeps upstairs and hot air rises, past couple years having a broken AC all summer and always waking up in a puddle of sweat....Ooof! I feel ya brother!

Ya sweating sucks. Go out in the cold get some nice air especially at night. If your in the county it's even better on clear nights and the reflection from the moon on the snow is pretty awesome too. Stars are lot more visible then city. Seen the northern lights once. Great sight. Apparently it's also more common to see in winter due to the sky being darker. Lived in both city and country. Where I live they use to get fishing huts and snowmobile races in the winter and the holidays the string light on trees are neat to see as well as even the street lights when it's snowing on dark nights. Get this interesting orange glow lol.. While you may get a bit cold the comforts of warmth also is more enjoyable from it like hot chocolate or coming in and relaxing from it. Like sleeping on cloud after the cold. LoL. To be fair Fall is my favorite time of year then winter. Fall is enjoyable if you can go out into a really nice park. Well my summers as a teen i lived on an island so we beat the heat going to the beach everyday. I honestly wouldn't want to swim in it anymore just as much as indoor pool. LoL.

On the contrary in anime I find they put so much detail when they use snow to make it stand out like different shades of the color or to make the atmosphere stand out. Use to see this quite a bit like fog effects and coloring even in clouds but atmosphere is not something so modernly done either and they use it in some the biggest plot parts in stories also or special events. Though this one shows more a world in hardship and is imaginative of it. Summer anime often feel like I've seen that tree before and grass and the grass always looks the same and that blue sky always looks the same. LoL.

LoL. I grew up with a lot of winter festivities and sites. Also of course other seasonal activities. Ice huts on the river, snowmobile races on the river also, ice sculptures on corner streets made by high school students or college kids and white lights garland around city trees that were hibernating. Also festivals where ice structures were lit up and you'd see demonstrations. On the contrary also to have hot chocolate and seasonal pastries. The festivities sometimes had fireworks and slides and castle like structures. But ya overall winter can be a very beautiful time of year. Fall as well of course. Use to have plenty of fall festivities and Halloween festivities as well. Since I lived by a couple national parks those were a site as well through the seasons. From seasons with tree frogs to accidentally putting my through a snake nest in the ground. lol. To seeing plenty of deer.

This theme is as cold as corporations hearts... Nah...
Even absolute zero temperature isnt as cold as corporations(yes,i include fbi and cia in "corporations") hearts,especially western ones...
This stays true until i will see(seeing in this context = observe,analyze,calculate and predict) otherwise.

Good news: The CGI is actually pretty good, the characters still have facial expression and look nice in general

The setting looks amazing, it reminds me a little of the wonder i first felt watch Made In Abyss i really hop this has a good story

High altitude is impossible to die on,cause spaceships would not exist if everyone would die on high altitudes.
What would kill her is low ammount of oxygen on high altitudes combo'd with hyperventilation and temperature going to the absolute 0 which if i remember correctly is -273 degrees celsius.

If she gets to exosphere and further then something similar might happen but instead of pop,the vaccuum will succ her like pforn actressess do with PP's but with strength so big her oxygen carrying veins will not hold.
If she gets to space in daylight she burns alive cause there is no earth dissolving the sun's power with earth's gasses,if she gets at night she freezes to death cause of temperature.
And its honestly a gamble which thing kills her as first cause.
